Refund & Cancellation

At Wearvistafun Erommerce Trading, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to cancel, return, exchange, and receive a refund — including clear timelines for each step.
1 Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse, free of charge.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery — it will return to us and be processed as a return.
If we cancel your order due to stock unavailability, pincode non-serviceability, or suspected fraud, your full payment will be refunded.
2 Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
Original tags, labels and packaging are intact.
The product is not from our non-returnable categories: innerwear, swimwear, accessories, items marked "Final Sale", or items damaged due to misuse.
You initiate the return request within 7 days from the delivery date.
To request a return, email support@wearvistafun.com with your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason.
3 Exchanges
Free size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit. Only one exchange per order is permitted.
4 Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following timelines:

Note for COD orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued to the bank account or UPI ID you provide during the return process. We do not refund COD orders in cash.
5 Refund Mode
Prepaid (UPI) orders: Refunded to the original source (UPI ID or bank account).
COD orders: Refunded via UPI/IMPS/NEFT to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
Store credit: Issued instantly after inspection (where opted) and never expires.
6 Shipping Charges & COD Fees
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery handling fees, where applicable, are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
We cancelled the order due to stock or serviceability issues.
7 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please email support@wearvistafun.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photographs of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free reverse pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
8 Reasons We May Reject a Return
Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
Product is worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
Product is from a non-returnable category (innerwear, swimwear, accessories, final-sale items).
In such cases, the product will be sent back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
9 Grievance Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer — see our Grievance Redressal Policy.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
