3 Delivery Timelines

4 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive an email and SMS once your order is dispatched, with the tracking link.

5 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using:

  • The tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email/SMS.
  • Our Track Order page — enter your order number and registered email.
  • The courier partner's website using the AWB / tracking number we provide.

6 Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact us within 48 hours:

For COD orders, if delivery is attempted but you are unavailable on three attempts, the order will be returned to us and you may be ineligible for future COD orders.

7 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package looks damaged or tampered with on arrival:

  • Refuse delivery if possible, and contact us immediately.
  • If already accepted, take clear photographs of the package and product within 24 hours.
  • Email support@wearvistafun.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8 International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on the roadmap and will be announced via email and social channels when available.
